Spring '24 tutoring will begin on Monday January 22nd.
Steps for Making an Appointment with Tutoring Services:
Step One
- To make an appointment for subject tutoring, you must be registered.
- If you need to register, click the Register for an Account link on the login page.
Step Two
- Log into Tutoring Services' WC Online with your Molloy email and the password that you created when registering.
Step Three
- Fill out the Find an Appointment form.
- Enter date, preferred appointment time, preferred staff or resource, and meeting type.
- Click the Find Appointments button.
Step Four
- Choose an appointment from the populated list of appointments.
- Close matches will populate on the screen.
- Select an appointment.
- You will see the tutor's name, the time of the appointment, and the modality listed.
- Click Reserve on the appointment you wish to book.
Step Five
- Fill out the Create a New Appointment form.
- YOU MUST SELECT REPEATING OPTIONS ON THE RIGHT if you want tutoring at the same day/time every week.
- SELECT "WEEKS" ON RIGHT SIDE OF THE BOX - THEN 'SAVE OPTIONS'.
- Fill out the Appointment Details section.
- Be sure that you select the correct modality (Face-to-Face, online) .
- Click Create Appointment.
